These terms apply when you buy The Vibe Ops Course. When you tick the box on the checkout page and send your proof of payment, you agree to them.
Who sells the course
The Vibe Ops Course is sold by [CONFIRM: seller, e.g. Kenneth Villar doing business as BrewedOps, or Diskarte Digital] ("we"), in the Philippines. Contact details are at the end of this page.
What you buy
Access to The Vibe Ops Course on our online course portal: the video lessons, quizzes, Your Turn steps, the Capstone project, the copy-paste prompts and templates, and the Bonus lesson with the Resource Vault and the invite to the private VibeOps Discord. The lesson list on the sales page shows what is included on the day you buy.
Price and payment
- The price is the one shown on the checkout page on the day you pay, in Philippine pesos.
- You pay by scanning our GCash, BPI or GoTyme QR code and sending the exact amount. We do not take card payments on this page.
- After paying, you upload a screenshot of your receipt and your reference number on the checkout page.
- We check every payment against our account by hand, within 24 hours. If the amount or reference number does not match, we email you to sort it out before we give access.
Access
- Your access starts when we verify your payment and email you the link to the course portal.
- Access lasts 6 months from that day. When it ends, the course portal closes for your account.
- You can renew for another period at [CONFIRM: renewal price and length]. Renewing is optional.
- Your access is for you alone. Please do not share your login, or download, re-upload, resell or publish the lessons. You are welcome to use the prompts and templates in your own work and your client work.
- We may end access, without a refund, for an account that shares its login or the course content, or that abuses other students in the community.
What you need, paid separately
The course is taught with Claude Code, which needs a paid Claude plan from Anthropic. A Claude Pro plan costs about US$20 a month. You buy it directly from Anthropic, under Anthropic’s own prices and terms, and it is not included in the course price. You also need a laptop or desktop (Windows or Mac) and an internet connection. We are not affiliated with Anthropic.
All sales are final
Because you get the full course as soon as your access starts, all sales are final and we do not give refunds, including for a change of mind or for lessons you did not watch. Please watch the sales video and read the lesson list before you buy.
Two exceptions: if you pay twice for the same course by mistake, or if we cannot give you access at all, we return the extra or full payment to the account you paid from.
Course content can change
AI tools change quickly, so we may update, re-record, reorder or replace lessons to keep the course current. Updates made during your access period are included.
Results
The course teaches skills. What you build or earn with them depends on your own work, so we do not promise any particular result, income or job.
Other services
The course uses tools and sites we do not run, such as Claude Code, VS Code, GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, Obsidian and Discord. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Your privacy
How we handle your name, email and payment screenshot is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Philippine law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Nothing in them takes away any right you have under Philippine consumer law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you paid.
