Privacy Policy

Effective 30 October 2026 · Updated 30 October 2026

This page explains what [CONFIRM: seller name] ("we") does with the personal information you give us when you buy The Vibe Ops Course. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission.

What we collect

The checkout form asks for:

Your receipt screenshot can also show your account name, part of your mobile or account number, the amount and the date. We only need it to match your payment, so please crop out anything else you would rather not send.

We also record the date and time you sent the form, the price you paid, and that you agreed to our Terms of Sale and this policy.

What the pages themselves collect

Our pages set no cookies of their own and run no analytics or ad tracking. The checkout form inside the page is provided by GoHighLevel, which sets its own cookies to run the form and a Cloudflare security check that keeps out spam. The page lettering comes from Google Fonts, so Google’s servers see your IP address when a page loads.

How we use your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone so they can market to you.

Your consent

You give us your consent when you tick the box and send the checkout form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. If you withdraw it before we verify your payment, we cannot give you access, and we return your payment.

Who else handles your information

We use a few services to run the checkout and the course. They handle your information on our behalf:

Some of these services store data on servers outside the Philippines.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email us with what you need and the email address you paid with.

How we protect it

The checkout form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your screenshot and purchase record are kept in accounts only our team can sign in to, and are not shared publicly. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
